This notice explains what personal information this website collects, why, and your rights. To ask anything about it, use the contact page.

What we collect

• Purchases: your name, email address, and for posted orders your delivery address, with what you bought. Card details are handled by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Tickets: your name and email, so your name can be on the guest list at the door.
• Mailing list: your email address, whether you agreed to hear from us, when and how, and the wording you agreed to. In our emails we count how many are opened and which links are clicked, as totals for each email (not per person).

Why we use it

• To sell and deliver tickets and goods (our contract with you), and to keep tax records (legal obligation).
• To send news, only if you agreed (consent — withdraw it any time with the unsubscribe link in every email).

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the site — hosting, email delivery and payments — and, for tickets, the venue's door staff (your name on the guest list). We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Sales records for six years for tax purposes; mailing list details until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
